We purchased our first Cordova, TN home from this agent 30 some years ago.

Brahim Lamghari was very helpful and always kept us informed on what was going on during the entire process. We viewed houses after giving him our requirements and areas we wanted to see. Our condo sold very fast and after looking at several houses we ended up finding the one we purchased. Although there were some issues on the buyers side in finalizing our sale of the condo, Brahim always kept us informed and reassured us that our offer on the house we ended up purchasing was not in danger of changing. Our original closing dates for both properties was backed up by about a week but all ended well. We are both very happy and feel very lucky to have been able to find and finalize a deal on the new house with the help of Brahim.

I’ve known Brahim for quite some time now. We initially bought the house with him and sold with him. That being said, it’s obvious we’ve been friends, but when it came down to it, he knew how to turn his professional side on. He was on top of his game the entire time and it was a really smooth process. He is very proactive when it comes to the next step in the process of buying/selling, which is a huge key to being successful. When you are able to stay ahead of the game with the ball in the other parties court, it is very rare that anything sneaks by you. We had one thing sneak by, but it was out of his control, it was a minor issue that could have been detrimental, but wasn’t because he approached us cool calm and collective manner. It’s what you want when things hit the fan. The information delivered in the timely manner that it arrived allowed us to rectify the situation with no delay in our closing date. If we weren’t building our new home, I would have definitely used him for our new home. I would recommend him to anyone that I know looking to buy/sell a home with no hesitation.
